Thank you for visiting and shopping at Butterfly Rose Alcove! Below is our shipping policy to help you understand when and how your order will arrive.
Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Please note that during high-volume periods, such as holidays or sales, processing times may be slightly delayed.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Processing time takes about 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays)
Domestic Shipping (within the United States): 10-14 business days
Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to weather, customs, or carrier issues beyond our control.
We currently ship to the continental U.S. only. At this time, we are unable to ship to Alaska, Hawaii, or U.S. territories. We apologize for any inconvenience and hope to expand shipping options in the future.

USPS, UPS, and FedEx
Shipment Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking information to update.
Lost or Damaged Packages
All orders are carefully packaged and shipped Monday through Friday. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can monitor your delivery status.
If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number, a brief description of the issue, and clear photos of both the item and packaging (if applicable).
Because each piece is one of a kind, we cannot offer replacements. We do not provide refunds or accept returns, but we will work with you to resolve the issue at our discretion.
Please note: We are not responsible for issues caused by incorrect shipping addresses or delays by the shipping carrier. We currently ship within the U.S. only.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. We are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout.
