Q. Are your products food safe?
A: No. All items are for decorative indoor use only. 

Q. Do your items contain waxes or oils?
A: Some pieces do. Full details are listed on our Important Product Details Page.

Q. How are your Scripture prints created?
A: Each Scripture print begins as an original digital design created using AI-assisted tools and is thoughtfully refined by Butterfly Rose Alcove. Every design is carefully selected, composed, edited, and prepared for printing to create a beautiful piece inspired by God's Word.

Q. Are your Scripture prints physical products?
A: Yes. Each Scripture print is thoughtfully printed and carefully packaged for protection during shipping. Depending on the product selected, prints may be displayed in a favorite tabletop frame, on a display easel, or enjoyed as a standalone keepsake.

Q.  Will the colors look exactly the same as on my screen?
A: Every monitor and device displays color a little differently, so the colors of your printed Scripture piece may vary slightly from what you see on your screen. Every effort is made to reproduce each design as beautifully and accurately as possible.

 

SHIPPING & DELIVERY:

Q: How much is shipping?
A: Flat-Rate Shipping is $10 for all orders up to $149.99 and FREE shipping on orders $150 or more.

Q: How long will it take for my order to arrive?
A: Processing time takes about 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays), and delivery usually takes 10-14 business days, depending on where you live in the U.S.

Q: Will I get tracking information for my order?
A: Yes! As soon as your order ships, you'll get a tracking email so you can follow your package.

Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: We do not ship internationally. We currently ship to the continental U.S. only. At this time, we are unable to ship to Alaska, Hawaii, or U.S. territories. We apologize for any inconvenience and hope to expand shipping options in the future.
